Cancellation Policy
A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notification is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
There is a Failure to Attend Fee of $35 inclusive of GST for appointments where there was no notification or notification less than twenty-four hours from the time of the appointment.
A standard appointment is 15 minutes in length. Arrival after the start of your appointment may also constitute a failure to attend.
This policy also applies to services that would normally have no-gap. These services are often longer and more complex, and failure to attend causes significant disruption to the running of the practice.
